I had to buy 2 cubic feet of resin and also a tank. Everything arrived early and undamaged. I was able to get great customer service when I went to there local office to get additional information. I would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade the system like I did.

Customer service was terrific, we had lots of questions. Our old tank was too small for our household. They answered all of them ..best tank size for the amount of people, how do we install... and so on. We then thought about it , then asked some more questions...then finally bought the....tank, resin...works great. Everyone was very helpful, answered all our questions. We were able to install ourselves.
